Self defense.. who wants to be the one still standing after a random attack on the streets? me. I have been looking for this one for a while, it was originally sold irectly from a website for $50 or so bucks and you download the pdf. I became aware of from reading a collection of "great" internet sales copy only to find the original site had vanished.

Two sections of the manual are missing in the kindle version, Advanced Tactics and Deathblows. You can go to the author's website and receive links for free.

2/3s of the book are fluff building on need for self defense, although pocket/purse defense item review does provide food for thought: if you have stun gun you have to be in a situation where you can hold it directly against you attacker for 20 or more sections before they are completely disabled. What you do in the time it takes to retrieve the stun gun and disable them could have a very negative effect on you. Same with tazer in the case that you have to have it in hand, make a direct hit, and let the electricity do its job.

Author claims fighting techniques are derived from Taekwando "quickies". My brother studied that for two years and never heard of it.

That said looks promising, have yet to actually practice.

This book is really awesome. It will teach you how to kick some knee, kick leg, squash toe, kick but, punch face, slap ear, crack finger, pull trigger, and win fights. You don't need any fancy martial arts to win, in fact it's probably better to have had minimum training in those types of mat fighting. BUY THIS BOOK!!!
Chapter 7 "Here's a short list of things to do to help insure your safety" and then there are 12 blacked-out areas
Straight to the point and simple. U can learn all of this in a day and be ready for any attack in a week or 2. It also comes with extra content. I highly recommend this one
This book is a nice summary of many key elements involved in surviving a violent encounter. It offers condensed versions of some of the best materials in other books such as Miller's *Meditations on Violence*, although I recommend Miller's work as essential reading for those interested in self-defense and its ramifications.
If you are a newborn kitten then there may be some helpful advice in here. Yes you always fight back if someone is sexually assaulting you. Never just take it and hope they will go away. If someone is trying to kidnap you then yes fight from the very start and do not let them take you. Yes a gun is the best self defense. But as far as actual fighting techniques, there is very little.

Little piece of advice, go to a fighting gym and learn to actually fight. You can read books on how to handle an attacker but if all you do is read about how to defend yourself then you are not going to be able to handle the adrenaline dump that you get from being attacked and you will freeze. Training is essential. Not just reading. It was frustrating reading this because the language made me feel like all I would have to do is read this book and I would be able to defend myself. False.

Furthermore, there are much better books on this subject out there.
